Tropisoul Mobile Bar – Terms & Conditions
Hi! Please review our Terms & Conditions below. Confirmation of booking indicates agreement with these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed
• Confirmation requires:
– Signed Terms & Conditions
– 50% non-refundable deposit
• Your event date is secured only after both requirements are received
• Tentative bookings may be released if not confirmed within 10 working days
• Working days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing
• Pricing is based on the agreed quotation or proposal
• Adjustments may apply with Client approval due to:
– Errors or omissions
– Requested changes
– Circumstances beyond our control
Payment Schedule
• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Remaining 50% must be paid 5 days before the event
• Full payment must be completed before service begins
Changes & Add-ons
• Changes must be requested at least 6 days before the event
• Add-ons and upgrades will be charged separately
• Payment for add-ons must be completed 5 days before the event
Late Bookings
• Bookings made within 5 days of the event require full payment immediately
Payment Methods
• Bank Transfer
• Wise
• Revolut
• PayPal (admin fee applies)
• Please confirm your selected payment method in writing
3. Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
– More than 30 days: deposit forfeited
– 30–14 days: 50% of total booking value
– 13–5 days: 80% of total booking value
– 4 days or less: 100% of total booking value
• Deposit is strictly non-refundable
• Tropisoul Mobile Bar reserves the right to revise or cancel bookings if changes exceed 40% of the original agreement
4. Equipment Responsibility
• Client is responsible for all bar equipment and glassware during the event
• Broken or damaged glassware will be charged at IDR 50,000 per glass
• Charges must be settled after the event or added to the final invoice
5. Child Policy
• Age 0–3 years: Free
• Age 4–12 years: 50% of mocktail price
• Undeclared mocktails: IDR 50,000 per glass
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children
6. Service Conditions
Client is responsible for providing:
• Safe access to the venue
• Adequate space for bar setup
• Safe working environment
• Tropisoul Mobile Bar reserves the right to stop service if safety is compromised
• No refund will apply in such situations
7. Force Majeure
• Tropisoul Mobile Bar is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
– Natural disasters
– Government restrictions
– Severe weather
– Venue closures
– Transportation disruptions
• We will assist with rescheduling whenever possible
8. Agreement Acceptance
• Payment of deposit and/or signing confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
